Building the experience every care seeker deserves

When Blake Robertson was in college, he became seriously ill and was diagnosed with a chronic condition that completely changed his life. In an instant he had lost his independence, as he found himself in a wheelchair having to rely on others to support his basic needs.

Government and local resources existed that could have helped, but finding and accessing them was a nightmare. The complexity and time required to navigate these systems made an already difficult journey that much harder, leaving Blake without the help he needed.

After his long journey to recovery, Blake enrolled at Yale School of Public Health determined to fix this problem by taking the best available technology and putting it into the hands of people struggling through the same social services maze he had.

To bring his vision to life, Blake teamed up with Andrew Tam, who had spent his career as CTO of multiple venture-backed startups solving technically complex problems. Andrew was looking to build technology where outcomes were measured in lives improved, not dollars made.

Together, they created the safest public facing AI solution that connects people to the support they need, and ensures no one has to navigate the system alone.

Keeping humans at the center of support

At Keeper, we're not building AI to serve the emotional needs of people in crisis. Our goal is to remove the most burdensome parts of the support process to create space for meaningful conversations between real people. Our AI was built to simplify complexity, shorten wait times, and guide people to the right support faster, instead of getting lost in administrative details. Keeper exists to ensure no one is left behind, so they can get the help they deserve.
